Created a ‘chat-with-documents” AI to help new staff understand internal procedures, best practices, and compliance guidelines.
The assistant made onboarding twice as fast while improving access to consistent, reliable internal knowledge.

SEO Factory – 2015

I was in charge of content strategy, creation and management for a web of portals and blogs used for local and regional SEO purposes, with an overall increase in visits of over 3000% and a bounce rate as low as 25%. The company morphed into The Factory – Digital Transformation Agency.
